Provider Recruiting

The Sales Consultant – Provider Recruiting generates sales for the organization by contracting wellness professionals to our network.

Expectations:
  • Generate sales leads and turn them into opportunities for sales.
  • Contact potential providers via telephone, email and face-to-face.
  • Work to personal KPI’s and revenue targets.
  • Arrange meetings with potential providers in order to evaluate needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within the market.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing providers.
  • Ensure all administrative duties relating to sales is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to find opportunities to cross sell or deliver the highest caliber of care and attention to clients.
