Wellness education speaking opportunities – we have built an extensive library of wellness education classes created and conducted by our network providers, and we offer these classes to employers in your area!

Professional videography interview – we do this several times a year and it’s at least a $450 value. Your cost: a donation to a charity and you set the amount.

Professional headshot photography – we also do this several times a year and it’s a $250 value. Your cost: $50 to the photographer.

Wellness expo – starting in 2019, we will hold an experiential wellness expo. Our network providers are invited to participate by having a ‘booth’ or station at the event; this is a $225 value based on booth costs for other local expos. Your cost: help us promote it to your clients.

Build your business workshop – Our Founder, Denise O’Malley, has created a program specifically for wellness professionals who want to attract the clients they want.  The workbook we use is called, “Hey Clients, Where Are You???”.  Our network providers receive a substantial discount to take the workshops or webinars.  Click here for more information.

Once you are on our panel, we do NOT charge an annual or monthly fee to remain as a provider. Payment is made via STEP ONE in our website. In the event that your application is declined, You Define Wellness! will refund your appointment fee less a $25 processing fee.

We never want money to stand in the way of YOU becoming part of our community.  If you need to make payments, we understand. Simply contact us to get it set up. There is a catch…. payments will be based on the full contract pricing; discounts and promo codes – when available – will not apply.

Qualifications to Join

  • All services must be legal under federal law; 
  • Licensed and in good standing according to applicable and relevant Colorado regulations and licensure requirements to perform your services;
  • Office or public meeting place outside of your home or client’s home (not applicable to telephone or internet sessions) – Note: this is out of concern for your safety and is open to discussion;
  • Acceptance of the plan reimbursement as outlined in Provider Participation Agreement and provided defined Session Fees as full and complete payment for specified services rendered.
