You Define Wellness! is a one-of-a-kind employee benefit/wellness hybrid that bridges the gap between what traditional employee benefit programs lack and where corporate wellness programs crack.  We have un-capped commission based sales opportunities along the Colorado front range and/or mountain communities.

Last year we built our company… created an extensive provider directory, started launching popular wellness education lunch-n-learns, and fine tuned our product. Now we’re building our sales team. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person: niche product, zero competition, and getting in on the ground floor with a company who has plans to expand nationwide.

As an Ambassador at You Define Wellness!, you will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through new client acquisition, frequent interaction with our Founder, and providing input on the sales process and our products.

  • Take care of your clients as doing so directly impacts your residual income!

You Define Wellness! launched on 1/1/2016 with one provider; by the end of 2016 over 300 wellness practitioners have joined our network in over 120 metro-Denver and I-70 corridor locations. We are not insurance, nor are we a replacement for medical insurance. We are also not a corporate wellness plan. We bridge the gap between the two by encouraging wellness through individual wellness sessions from our provider directory; when the individual is allowed to define wellness according to their personal needs, desires, and values, then motivation and engagement increase. This helps the corporate bottom line with higher employee retention, fewer unplanned absences, and much more.
